Game Of The Year From 2003 - 2023 || Part 08 || Tron Fan Club
Greetings everyone. Let's hope everyone is doing well by the grace of almighty ALLAH. I am also doing fine alhamdulillah.
It's been someday since I posted the 7th part of this post. Let's continue from where we left with today's addition. In the last part, we've discussed about two of the most popular games of all times. They were God OF War and Red Dead Redemption 2. Both of them were the top games of 2018 and are still competing head-to-head with recent games in terms of gameplay and graphics.
2019 is also considered a good year for souls games lovers. Two of the very popular games got released in this year. Let's not waste more words and get straight into them.
Sekiro: Shadow Die Twice
Sekiro: Shadow die twice was the flagship game of 2019 and it won the game of the Year for 2019. Not everyone plays games just to enjoy and relax. Some people plays hardcore games that are very hard to complete without breaking a sweat. Sekiro falls in that line. Souls games are very hard to complete but they have their own pros. Such games are hard yet enjoying as well. Such games are considered hard for their immersive gameplay and mechanics. No map or in-game tips to progress the gameplay are available in such games. You have to explore and find your way in order to progress the story in such games. Sekiro is loved by many for it's amazing gameplay style and creative boss battles. The game takes place in a fictional Japanese land where you play as a Samurai or something like that. The role is called Shinobi if I'm not mistaken. The game has some amazing sword fights with the signature Japanese weapon: the Katana. This game has excellent combat mechanism, great creative boss fights and a very impressive Sleath gameplay.
Sekiro: Shadow Die Twice won the Game Of The Year award for it's amazing gameplay and visuals. This game has sold over 10 million copies so far.
Resident Evil 2: Remake
Resident Evil 2 is the classic horror shooting game and is often considered one of the best of the series. Which is why this game got a remake released on 2019. This game was ahead of it's time which is why the devs delivered this amazing game again with modern graphics. The game was originally released on January 21, 1998 for PlayStation. Then it got it's long awaited remake on 2019. This was the second most favorite game of 2019 or that's what I think. This game is developed by Capcom. This company has gifted us some of the very popular and enjoyable games of all time. The updated graphics, gameplay physics, newer controls and updated gameplay features made this game even better than the original one. Not all remake games gets very positive reviews from the players. But this game was a major success and almost every Resident Evil fan absolutely loved this game. Battling undead creatures and solving various puzzles to progress further has never been this much fun. If you're into horror shooting games, then this one is a must-try for you.
Resident Evil 2: Remake sold over 12 million copies as of now and it was one of the top games that got released on 2019.
