The IOTA Tangle is designed to power the Internet of Things (IoT) by providing a secure, lightweight and feeless platform for micro transactions between IoT devices. Traditional blockchain networks cannot properly deal with the high transaction volumes. There are problem on scalability issue in traditional blockchain. The IOTA Tangle addresses these issues by diverging from the concept of blocks and introducing a directed acyclic graph (DAG) structure. In the Tangle, transactions are not bundled into blocks but are individual and interconnected. To make a transaction, a user must first validate two previous transactions. This unique approach not only ensures security but also eliminates the need for miners or validator.

Finally the transactions are feeless and energy-efficient. This consensus mechanism, called the "Tangle," is inherently decentralized. All the participants are contributing to the validation process. Traditional blockchains can face problem with transactions increases and slower confirmation times thus incur higher fees. In the IOTA Tangle, as more transactions occur, the network's capacity to process transactions actually improves. The more users and transactions there are, the more validation activity takes place. It is not only a solution to the scalability problem but also a faster confirmation times and positive feature of high number of user & transections.
