step 1️⃣ :
First I dived into Infinity Design Apps. Then I selected a brush tool of my choice.Then I drew the head part of this cut art very nicely.
step 2️⃣ :
Then I painted the art cut head very nicely. And painted the fan very beautifully.
step 3️⃣ :
Then I drew the cartoon artist's body part and two legs very nicely. And painted the body parts and legs very beautifully with many colors.
step 4️⃣ :
Then cut out the legs of the rooster and draw a tail. Then I painted the legs and tail very nicely with different colors.

After arranging everything I finished my art today. Hope you like my new art. I will try to create more new art later.
