Hello steemians, I am very delighted to write my post on what Decentralization and Centralization platform is all about. And I will like talk about advantages and disadvantages of Decentralized System and centralized system.

Decentralization: this is the situation In which activities of an organisation is been delegated away from a central, authoritative location or group, moreover, Decentralized system takes away the power supreme level and the state level and giving to the local level.

Centralized exchanges deals with the intermediaries. In a sense that, companies who severs as middlemen in other to make trading on their platform in exchange for providing this service.
trading fees Are been collect by intermediaries.

Decentralization systems

In decentralized systems, central owner is not one. This means that, Decentralized system have multiple central owners. It uses multiple central owners.
And it stores a copy of the resources users can access.

A Decentralized system can be name as unsafe to crushes as a centralized one. However, this is designed by more tolerant to faults.
Moreover, it have multiple authoritative nodes, and each of it savers a subset of the total end users.

Centralization system

In Centralization system, all users all been connected to the central network owner.
The central owner stores data for which other users can have access to and also Have access to users information.
Moreover, centralized system can be set up easily and also can be developed quickly.
Also, it also have important limitations. If the servers crushes, users can no more longer works with the system properly. And users cannot access the data.

Now, I will like talk about the advantages and the disadvantages of Decentralized System and centralized system.

Advantages of Decentralized

1. Employees are been empowered to make their own decisions that will be beneficial the organisation

2. making decisions in Decentralized system is very fast

3. Productivity of the organisation is been boots.

4. It also results in a high level of employee satisfaction

5. employees also gain leadership skills which can contribute to the growth of the organization.

Disadvantages of Decentralized

1. Owners are responsible for the security: example if user lost his or her keys of steemit blockchain, is not easy to recover it, also to restore the funds because the accounts has value.

2. another problem of Decentralized System liquidity because is not yet known or popular to everyone.

3. The cost involved in making various servers are set up to ensure maximum security is very high.

Advantages of centralized system

1. The cost involved in centralized system is less as compared to Decentralized system.

2. There is a change of command in the centralized system.

3. There is an exchange of views between the authority and the users.

4. More employees are been employed to manage the system leading to employment opportunities.

Disadvantages of centralized system

1. The time involved in decision making is too much.
2. Records are not accurate
3. Decisions making is very slow.
4. The security is very weak and it easy for hackers to hack.
