Random Blog on Crypto (Part 31) : Cryptocurrency adaptation in Germany (Part 1 of 2)
I have previously shared a couple of posts in this series on crypto adaptation. Different countries have different regulations on cryptocurrencies and many countries have shown a positive attitude towards this crypto adaptation which is a very positive aspect. Today I will try to present to you some pictures of the adaptation of cryptocurrencies in Germany. This information is basically some information which is collected from the internet. I will try to shed light here on how liberal the country is in any sector rather than any specific data.
Germany has a clear regulation in this regard, and they recognize cryptocurrency as a financial instrument under their resolution. It is considered private money there and hence anyone can easily transact and use this currency in their daily transactions and activities. Regulation does not stand in the way of this work in this country. While many countries ban cryptocurrency or prohibit its transactions, Germany has played a more liberal role in this regard, and they have recognized it as a financial instrument and legalized its translation and use.
There are many activities based on cryptocurrency such as staking, selling, trading, mining etc. It is very important for any country to keep all these things under control in regulation. And in Germany long ago a regulation was laid upon it by which all the proceedings were harmonized. As efforts to adopt this innovative idea have been noticed here, several rules and regulations have been imposed for the protection of those who will invest here. So, I think it is as good as it is in terms of adaptation and on the other hand the regulation is well developed for the protection of its users.
Another cool thing is crypto based business startups. Here crypto and blockchain based startups will not face any hurdles due to regulations as anyone with a startup or business idea can run their activities and projects on blockchain here.
I would like to divide this post into two parts. Today I have shared some things in the first part and in the next part I will share with you some more adaptation related things related to education and training and development.

Great content, it's good to see cryptocurrencies being adopted in germany that ofcourse brings hope alive of a massive adoption, hopefully other countries with high GDP follow suit

It's a good thing that Germany recognizes cryptocurrency as a financial instrument and legalized it's use. I hope that more countries will do the same.
It's a great write up about crypto adoption in Germany but I believe overall the world is getting more acceptive towards cryptocurrency. I do understand that it is not going to happen real soon but things are getting better if we do the comparison in last few years and many companies and countries are trying to explore crypto and blockchain because they believe that it is the future and better to be part of it instead of making a distance.
