Power Up (Converting Steem into SP) is very important for all of us working here in this Steem Blockchain. A weekly Power of Initiative has been launched in the Tron Fan Club community where you can participate in this contest through a series of power-ups every week. Another week passed and it is time for the power up. I have been trying to achieve regular power (Steem Power, SP) at least once per week for over a year now. You know gaining power is very important for us in this steemit platform because by gaining power we can increase our voting value as well as we can give good quality support to good posts. Whenever we support finding good posts with our power, this platform will be able to grow faster and this will increase the price of Steem which is important for all of us.

For those of us who regularly blog here, it's often not possible to get a lot of power together at a time. For those who are investors here it is actually easy to earn power but as normal users we should earn power regularly because that way we can gradually put ourselves in a strong position to earn power. Like last one and a half year I am earning power regularly and currently my power is around 10k.

It is absolutely impossible for me to achieve 10000 power at once but I managed to achieve it through regular power ups and I actually did a small amount of power ups every week. Through this list of my posts you can see how much power I have gained each week this year. So you understand that we can achieve a lot with little.

If you're powering up half of your income every week, it might not seem like much to you, but this power-up will feel like a huge power-up after a long time.

I personally like regular power up. I am powering Up continuously. With consistent power up, you can grow without heavy effort because small power up regularly specially every week can reach you in a strong position one day. You can see my consistency of power up this week from list below-
