Power Up (Converting Steem into SP) is very important for all of us working here in this Steem Blockchain. A weekly Power of Initiative has been launched in the Tron Fan Club community where you can participate in this contest through a series of power-ups every week. Steem blockchain is best blockchain in terms of blogging I must say. It is developed in a nice where it is possible to get higher return without having power as a curation reward. So, gradually achieving power is a good choice for small users like me. Minnows, Plankton can try to power up small amount regularly to gain more after a long time. I am trying to power up every week and by this process, I have reached about 10K power. I started powering up every week just about 1 and half year ago. By this time, my power is 10k from 500. That's the achievement. To achieve such a good amount, I did not invest any steem from my pocket rather powering from my regular earning. As I am powering small amount every week, its not burden for me. In our regular works as well, we feel comfort by working small amount regularly. Big task is difficult but regular small amount is easy and make it big after a while.
