Power Up (Converting Steem into SP) is very important for all of us working here in this Steem Blockchain. A weekly Power of Initiative has been launched in the Tron Fan Club community where you can participate in this contest through a series of power-ups every week. To achieve any goal in our life we ​​should work consistently. Consistency makes it much easier for us to achieve our goals in life. If you do something occasionally in high volume, you will still fall behind. Rather he will be ahead who does a task little by little regularly. Most of us know the story of the hare and the tortoise. Even though the hare had a lot of speed he could not win the race whereas the tortoise won the race with less speed due to conservation of consistency.

Steem Power is very important for those of us working on the Steemit platform and if we have the power we can greatly increase our capabilities with that power. We can position ourselves better when we have the ability. Therefore there is no alternative to acquiring steem power. So I always try to explain the importance of power up to you through my power up post. I also explain how you can get yourself into a good position very quickly if you stay consistent with power ups.

And for this reason, we have a power up initiative in our community which will continue until next December. This initiative is promoting the Power Up post every week. If we all regularly power up little by little every week, our position will be much stronger. Like last year my power was only 500 but now I have gained more than 8500 power and that is possible only by consistently powering up regularly every week. If you stay consistent and power up regularly, you will never know when you will be able to increase your power. This is the biggest advantage of working regularly. So try to power up any amount every week as it will become a habit. As long as you work on this platform you will reap its benefits as your fixed amount will increase every week.

Today's post is the first post of my new initiative i.e. the first post of the initiative community that is running for the next four months. My target is to achieve 12000 steem power within this year.
