Basics of Tron (Part 01) : How Steemit users are getting TRX

Those working in the steem blockchain will have noticed that they are being given TRX as well in their wallet as reward along with SBD and Steem Power (SP). This is like a kind of bonus that was introduced about the end of year 2020. This was not given on the early days of Steem Blockchain, but in recent years, due to the integration of the Steem Blockchain with the Tron Blockchain, every Steem user has been given a little more tokens (in the form of TRX) than usual on their activities. So, it's like getting an extra bonus for Steem users. This means that they are getting some extra TRX tokens in their wallet by doing all the normal work here.

Many of us can see that TRX is constantly being deposited in our wallet but doing nothing with that. Today I will share with you the basis on which we are given this token.

Basically, blogging activities are done on the steem blockchain and from there, those who write posts (the authors) and those who vote for the posts (the curators) are rewarded. An author gets half of his reward in SBD and the other half in Steam Power (SP). Voters get their entire reward in the form of Steam Power (SP). Basically, every post is given TRX token equal to the amount of Steam Power (SP) distributed.

By posting, an author gets one-fourth of the total reward of the post in Steam Power (SP). The more Steam Power (SP) he/she gets, the more TRX is given to him. Again, since a curator receives the entire reward he deserves in Steam Power (SP), receives TRX token equal that amount. These tokens go to users wallet as soon as the post is pay-out (after seven days of posting).

TRX is a native token of TRON Blockchain like steem in the Steem Blockchain. And there are several exchange sites where we can trade TRX if we want. Many people find the TRX token in their wallet as it is. But basically, we can carry this TRX token in a wallet and that is why we have to open a Tron account. Opening a Tron account is a very simple task and if you have an account, you can take TRXs in your wallet. Anyone can trade TRX if they wish from there after taking it in the wallet.
