There are many NFTs and NFT marketplaces in the Web 3.0 world. So today we will discuss about Axie Infinity NFT.
Axie Infinity is a non-fungible token. Axie Infinity is a type of video game. You can earn by playing video games. This is an online video game developed by Vietnamese studio Sky Mavis.
Development of Axie Infinity started in 2017, led by its co-founder and CEO, Nguyen Thanh Trung, alongside Tu Doan, Aleksander Larsen, Jeffrey Zirlin. In October 2018, the development team released Axie Infinity's first battle system. And the application started in March 2019. Which gained a lot of popularity in gaming and NFT world. It is so popular that transaction errors occur and gamers have to pay huge gas fees. It then launched Ronin Wallet in February 2021 to reduce gas fees and speed up transactions.
It mainly uses Ethereum cryptocurrency. It is an e-gaming economy. One is called a "pyramid scheme". Which is very beneficial for low income countries.
Axis Infinity is built on the Ronin Network, an Ethereum-linked sidechain created by Sky Mavis. The game's official cryptocurrency is "Axis Infinity Shards/Tokens" or ( AXS ) for short. This is an online video game. First the kholwar will collect the NFT. Then Mint represents the axolotl-inspired digital pets known as Axes. Breed these animals and one player will fight another player. The winning team will get AXS coin. You can sell this coin to any wallet. This game has the most Philippines players.

Not sure I would call it a scam lol people just took this thing and ran with it during the bear market. That's just bad investing
