NFT-ART : Angry Sun || 10% to tron-fan-club by @cutlass

Hello everyone, today i will be taking you through the process of creation of my first NFT project which i minted on rarible.Today is a sunny Friday so i got the inspiration to creat an art containing an angry sun wearing a cap and shining

• Step 1

The most primary step would be to select a background setting, in my case i will be using a preset i had customized which has a hiegth and width setting of 3000x3000

• Step 2

The first step would be to look for the shape closest to what the sun looks like, i had to either choose between circle or eclipse so i chose eclipse cause i am sure the sun is not perfectly round

• Step 3

I had to use a gradient to get a colour as close to the actual sun as possible to apply in my eclispe shape, well yellow is the obvious color so i chose a combination of yellow and white which i apllied on the eclispse shape which gave me this

• STEP 4

The second step would be to add some eyes to the eclipse, again i created a new layer this time and added a smaller eclipse shape again cause well the eye is not round either. I placed the eclipse shape with a black stroke on the general area of this new shape then made a small white gradient inside the new shape to serve as a lens

After perfectly getting one eye to my satisfaction i simply duplicated it to get the second

• STEP 5

Third step involved using and customizing a mouth vector to fit my concept

• STEP 6

The fourth step involved the addtion of a hat and nose, the hat is a vector which i also had to customise to suit my concept, the nose was drawn using a simple brush tool to form a sort of an angle

• STEP 7

The step 5 was the finishing touch, i used the line segmeent tool to create a single line and which i sharpened and duplicated multiple of to make it look like sun rays, i sent this to the back of all the art so it can blend properly.

• STEP 8

The final step was simply a matter of adding finishing touch which was my name "cutlass" at the bottom right corner of the art, more like a signature

CONCEPT BEHIND MY ART

Behind every art there is always a story and most artworks are most often reflecting a certain phase, the concept behind mine is quite direct, the sun was unusally high today, i felt the sun was in an unusual cruise mode today so i decided to pictorise my thoughts in form of an NFT.
