How are you? By Allah's grace, I'm doing very well. Today, the topic I want to discuss is decentralized.
To understand Decentralized well, you must first understand what centralized is. In fact, the centralized system can be called concentric in one word. Suppose you have a car manufacturing company and you make cars but you can't do these things alone because you need some people to do these things. Now you have to make the cars with many workers. Now they can make your cars whenever they want. The only reason why you can't make your own is because you own the company. You have to make your cars the way you want them to and that's how centralized works. It means that in centralized one person controls everything, everything happens according to his word but in decentralized it is not. Decentralized In the system, everyone's decisions have to agree with everyone. We have to depend on each other, the power is equal in Decentralized. In Centralized, any kind of third party can be involved, because of this, we have to give all our confidential information to the centralized head of the bank, on the other hand, the centralized head.
Because of being one, if there is any kind of problem in the server, sometimes the work can be stopped for many days. Centralized has so much confidential information that is likely to be leaked, so we have to face many problems in our life and centralized our information is likely to be hacked at any time. Decentralized systems have the same amount of power, which makes it much more secure. Centralized systems have high transaction costs, but decentralized systems have lower costs and cannot be hacked. If money is transacted in a centralized manner, then the entire control center is with the authority, but if the transaction is decentralized, the control center is not with the authority.
An example of decentralized is crypto exchange, in crypto exchange no third party can interfere and transactions are not a problem. It is easily passed from the sender to the recipient. As a result, Decentralized is the most profitable, secure, popular and safe from centralized. The reasons for Decentralized being the most popular are that there is no trust issue, it is possible to transact without third-party trouble and that is why cryptocurrency is so popular.
