I really like to do such paintings with digital art. After seeing anything, I try to make a beautiful painting. I make these beautiful paintings. Details :

First, I painted the eagle's face and eyes with black paint on the white paint.

Then around the eagle's face, I made a beautiful eagle face art by drawing some other colored dots around the eagle's face.

Then I painted the whole face with orange color first among the background colors of this group.

Then I made a little design with yellow color on top of the orange color and painted the beautiful coloring of the eagle's face.

Then I made a beautiful eagle face art by making the back background black and leaving some white parts in front of it.
