step 1 :

First I sketched a bit of the bottom of a shoe. Painted in red so that it looks good.

Then I painted the upper part of the shoe more beautifully with red color.

Then I painted some more spots with red color again in the area around the top of the shoe.

Then I designed and painted the crown more beautifully like the crown of the head on the shoe.

Then on the lower part of the shoe, I painted a hand holding the shoe with red color in a more attractive way.

Then painted around the shoes and hands with different colors and designs to make it more attractive and beautiful.
