step 1 :

First I painted the black and yellow Rangpur eyes beautifully and colorfully.

Then I painted some parts above the cat's two color eyes with light two colors beautifully.

Then draw a thin line above and around the cat's face Beautifully painted with different designs.

Then he drew some more spots with light colors among those different colors and painted them brightly and colorfully.
