Details :

First I selected black and red colors. Then I drew the eyes and teeth with them.

Then I drew two hands on both sides with black color.

Then I painted some other parts including hair with black color.

Then I painted the neck and background with red and some other colors.

Then I painted the interior with the background with skin color and blue color.
