ARGORAND

Bittrex has recently been filed a lawsuit from the SEC and in this lawsuit, the SEC claim Algorand is a security. I have no idea they can do that when it is not legally classified as that and there is no regulatory clarity on it. However, I don't think this should turn you away from Algorand because I think Algorand is going to be a winning blockchain. One thing to look at in Algorand was aggressively the supply was released. That has officially come to an end, it looks like for the next 67 years we going to get an average of 6% inflation each. I do believe that one thing that is holding Algorand back is its lack of presentation in the crypto space.

The Security and Exchange Commission said Bittrex violate federal law because it did not register as an exchange broker. This is a common occurrence, however, you have people like Jesse from Kraken come out and said this is nonsense because they were never given the way they could do that. Also, Binance has said a similar thing and they have at least 200 plus teams in regard to regulation. You should know that because Garry Gensler became the SEC chairman, he was teaching a course on Blockchain as a job in MIT which is one the best universities in the United States. Garry Gensler once said you can build a Uber on Algorand and of course, this is the future I envision for the crypto world that big companies would operate certain on top of it.

I believe regulations are bullish for the crypto space, they are likely to regulate certain areas just like they did with cars. I think regulations are large bullish for crypto because that is what will allow trillions to flow into this market and be established and part of that is getting clarity on those regulations. In 2021, Algorand circulating supply increased by roughly 100% and supply moving forward is looking to be around 6%. I do believe that Algorand is going to do well, it will see a new all-time high because people expected it.
