✅ What are the health benefits of fasting in Ramadan?

Ramadan is the holy month for Muslim. It is the 9 month in Islamic calendar. In Ramadan Muslim did not eating and drinking in the day and then do iftari in the evening. Its a 29 or 30 days months. This month have very importantace in the light of Quran.

Ramadan have alote of health benefits while fasting.
It help a person for weight lost. Muslim have fast the whole days if they do some morning exercise have alote of benefits in the health to lose weight.
It also control the cholesterol level in body which decrease the heart disease. It also help to maintaining the auger level and that so many health benefits on health are this are some of them.

✅ What items do you keep at Iftar?

During Ramadan muslim carry a lot of item in iftari. They buy different vegetables juice date alote of other thing which they can use in iftar.
In our iftari we keep,

Orange juice
Samosa and pakora with catchup

✅ Do you prefer to have Iftar with your family members?

I preferred to have iftar with the family because this the only time when all the family member are together for iftar. My family members are very special for me.

Everyday I do iftar with them. I will prefer for everyone to do to iftar with their family because this time is very special and we have to do iftar with special family members.

✅ What are people's misconceptions about fasting?

There are many misconception about fasting some of them are under.

  1. Brushing your teeth.
    People think did brushing the teeth with brush can break the fast. this is misconception about fast . the fast didn't break due to brush with toothpaste.

  1. Swallow your own saliva.
    swallow your own saliva didn't break fast because it naturally occur in the mouth. So fast didn't break due to saliva.

3.Accidentally eating in Ramadan.
If you forget about that you have fast and start eating and drinking and then you realized that you keep fast. Allah said that Allah feed you. Your fast didn't break

4.It is Just For Drinking and for food.
Ramadan is not only the month to prohibited the drinking and eating. Allah the people have to protect himself from the bad deeds.They have to do good deeds and help each other and prohibited from the fighting.

There are so many benefits we can get from fasting
1: build our spiritual life.
2: help is lose weight
3: help us extend more love to the needy and hopeless.
4: it helps us to maintain our sugar level.
5 it also helps us to detoxify.
