All my friends hope you are well and healthy and I am also well by Allah's grace today I am here to participate in a recipe contest so first of all I would like to thank @solaymann sir who organized such a nice contest , from this kind of contest. Kind of cooking we can learn from each other's posts which is a very good initiative I will try to complete today's contest with some questions and answers but let's start.
What is the name of your cooking recipe? How is its popularity? |

The recipe that I am going to mention in today's contest is called kumro and the small fish recipe is very popular in our area because this recipe is mostly consumed during summer time this recipe is perfect for summer time because during summer time we are very easy and very cheap in the market. Get kumro and in the village area, different houses grow this pumpkin and from there we easily get pumpkin and add small fish with that fresh kumro to make a healthy and delicious recipe which can be easily eaten with hot rice . Today I will mention the whole preparation method of this recipe here.

It is possible to prepare my recipe very easily with these ingredients but now let's know its preparation method step by step |

First, take a whole pumpkin

and then peel the pumpkins well and cut it to size chop

the onion and cut the green chillies into two pieces

put it on a clean fry pan stove and add the sliced onions and green chillies then add kumro

and then add oil here and mix the masala and pumpkin well. Here I have mixed it with hand because it is very good if it is mixed with hand. This recipe is very good by kneading it well with my hands

After that, I took a selfie with my cooked recipe. Today's recipe is very healthy and can be eaten by all members of the house. Because of the addition of small fish, we will get the nutrients of fish and vegetables together in one curry. This recipe is very healthy and we sometimes eat it. We can keep this type of recipe in our food list.
