. We all know that our natural resources are very limited. If the people of the Earth are more then how can they avail these resources?

. Moreover whenever we see all around of us, the family of each house ranges from 8 to 10 persons. The head of the family remain the only person who feed their family, earn for their family and take care of their family. During these conditions how standard of living improved? If the population of the Earth become less then every person can avail resources and can live a better life.

Poverty

Overpopulation is the cause of poverty. Due to overpopulation one can neither seek a job nor can build a business. Without money and resources the poverty rate of the world is increasing day by day.
The current poverty rate in the whole world is 9%. About 736 Million people are living below the poverty rate ( less than $2.5 per day ).

The economy of any county depends upon per Capita Income. The per Capita Income is very low because there are more job seekers and job opportunities are less. Moreover things are very expensive. If the things are expensive then people are unable to buy them so the less workers are required in factories which make that things. During these conditions how the economy of the country can be stabled?

As I said before overpopulation is the cause of unemployment. Because there are more job seekers while the job opportunities are less. In Pakistan, 2 million youth is entering pee year. But the vacancies are limited. As a result of unemployment.

Hunger

Overpopulation is the cause of hunger. According to WFP 345 Million people including children are suffering from actual hunger according to the survey of 2022.

Causes of Overpopulation

There are several causes of overpopulation in which I'll discuss a few.
. The main cause of overpopulation is illiteracy. People are unaware of the harmful effects of overpopulation.
. Joint family system is also the cause of overpopulation. In joint family system people keep on producing children to surpass one another.
. Another cause of overpopulation is that couples keep on producing children because they want a baby boy. They continue this process until a baby boy is not born.

Solution

The solution of this problem is very necessary.

Literacy

Literacy of the people is very crutial. Literacy rate should be increased so that people can be aware of the harmful effects of this problem.

A campaign should be conducted through TV ads and through social media in which experts should teach the people about serious and harmful effects of overpopulation.
