It is with great pleasure that I am once again ready to participate in my favorite cooking competition in the Steam for Life community. Today I am going to share one of the best recipes from the sixth week of My Cooking Skills' excellent cooking competition conducted by dear @solaymann sir. Stay tuned and enjoy learning about my favorite cooking recipes.

My recipe for today is called Jhura Meat Pitha. But this pitha is known by different names in different places. Some say all meat, others say spicy meat pitha. And in rural areas it is called Sansara Pitha. But by whatever name it is called, meat pitha is popular with everyone.


How is its popularity?

Everyone in Bangladesh loves to eat pitha. It is either jhal pitha or sweet pitha. Today I will talk about Spicy Meat Pie. Everyone eats this pitha, this pitha can be made deliciously with beef as well as chicken. Especially during Eid al-Adha. It is made with minced meat. Moreover, many people prepare and eat this pitha according to taste throughout the year. Besides, this pitha can be made deliciously with chicken as well as beef. This richly crunchy, Dee Pie is a favorite among pie lovers. The surface of this pitha is crunchy and the spicy taste of the meat inside is very delicious.

First let's talk about the ingredients needed to make meat.......

Beef.
Rice flour .
Powder turmeric, chili, and coriander.
Ginger, garlic and cumin batter.

Onions, garlic and green chillies.
Cardamom, cinnamon, and bay leaves.
Salt .
oil.


Now know the process of making jhurar meat pita.


STEP - 1
  • To prepare this pita, first wash the clean meat and boil it with enough water and mild turmeric.

STEP - 2
  • After this, the meat should be crushed with a masala. And with the help of hands, the meat should be divided into small portions.

STEP - 3
  • Then chop onion, garlic and green chillies. Place a pan on the stove, and fry the chopped ingredients in hot oil. And fry for a while with all the mentioned masalas.

STEP - 4
  • Now stir the meat in the grated masala and fry on low flame. Place the meat in the oven and stir constantly to prevent burning. And if the color of the meat is red, it should be removed from the oven.

STEP - 5
  • Now heat water in another pan and boil rice powder in it. Just like bread dough.

STEP - 6
  • Then make small loaves. And cut the middle of the bread and fry it like a whole and fill the meat inside. And the open part should be closed with hand pressure. So that the meat cannot come out.

STEP - 7
  • Make each pitha in the same way. Then heat more oil in a pan. Fry each pita in oil. When fried upside down, pita is ready.
