Assalamu Alaikum to all my dear friends. How are you all? You must be very well. Rainy days are going on cold cold weather this weather feels like it is giving us a little cold in the middle of the heat. In this weather, many people are cooking and eating at home according to the weather. So today I have appeared before you with a beautiful recipe in accordance with the weather. Before sharing my recipe, I would like to thank all the moderators and admins of Esteem for Life Style Community who give us the opportunity to present our various skills to everyone. Today Steam for Life Style Community Cooking Contest appeared to participate in my cooking skills competition. Before participating I would like to thank the organizer of this competition @solaymann brother who organized such a beautiful competition for us. So, friends, without further ado, let's get to the topic of the recipe that I have presented to you today.

My recipe today is Prawn Fish Recipe with Kachur Lati. Maybe many people are familiar with this recipe and maybe many people are not familiar with this thing. Just as we eat a lot of greens, kachu, also one part of this kachu is kachur lati which is very delicious to eat. And if this kachur lati can be cooked with small shrimps and fish, then only those who have seen how delicious it tastes with hot rice will understand its taste.

So without further ado let me share my cooking recipes with you with photos and details.

I have used the ingredients to cook Kachur Lati recipe,

2shrimp fish
3chopped onions
4Cumin
5turmeric powder
6chili powder
7Coriander powder
8cumin seeds
9garlic batter
10green chillies
11soybean oil
12salt

Step 1,

First, I peeled and cut the stalks into small pieces and washed them well.

Step 2,

Now steam the leaves in hot water for a while and drain them.

Step 3,

Now heat oil in a fry pan and add chopped onions. When the onions are lightly fried, I will add some cumin seeds along with it.

Step 4,

Then one by one I will add all kinds of spices like chili powder, turmeric powder, salt.

# Step 5, This time I will mix all the spices. When the spices are mixed, I will give them the prawns that I had washed and then stir them.

Step 6,

After mixing the shrimp, add the garlic paste and cumin paste. After that the spices should be grinded well for some time. A little hot water should be given along with it.

Step 7,

Once the masalas are ground, I will push the leaves that I kept and mix them with the masala.

Step 8,

This time I will give a few green chillies inside the Lathi curry. Then add water till the stalks are boiled.

When the broth becomes dry, I will turn off the stove.
