Assalamu Alaikum to all. How are you all dear friends. I am here today to participate in Steam for Life Style Community Cooking Contest Week Three : My Cooking Skills Contest. I will share my own recipe with you today. I like to experience new cooking. I often try new recipes at home. Today I have come to you with a new recipe. Before participating in this contest, I first inform the organizer of this contest @solayman brother. That he organizes so many beautiful contests for us every week. So let's see if I will share today's recipe with you.

What is the name of your cooking recipe? How is its popularity?

The name of my today's cooking recipe is Laitta Shutki Chachadi. The popularity of this dryer is much. Most of us like to eat snacks. I myself personally like Shutki very much, especially I like the filling of Shutki very much. Covering it, people eat more. And in the marine area of the sea this dry land is formed. Due to this, the popularity of this Shutki trend is high everywhere. So now I show you how I made this recipe.

First I diced some potatoes and eggplant.

Then Laitta washed the dry skins thoroughly with hot water. Wash in such a way that the smell of the dryer does not remain. Along with that, you have to choose the forks that the dryer has.

This time I have heated oil in a pan on the stove. And after heating the oil sprinkle cumin seeds and black cumin seeds on that oil.

Then leave the onions and peppers on the oil.

After frying the onions for a while, I will add the garlic batter.

Then add all kinds of spices one by one like turmeric powder, salt, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder. After adding all the spices, stir well for a while.

Now grind the spices well. When the spices are well ground, now I will leave the potatoes.

After stirring the potatoes for a while, I will leave the eggplants that I washed and cut. Then stir well.

Step 10,

After the curry simmers for a while, I will pour the dry ingredients. I will cut a tomato on top of the dryer and leave it on top.

After that I will cook everything together for a while. Then I will add a little water to boil the curry.

When the curry is cooked, the broth will reduce. Then sprinkle some coriander leaves. After chopping the coriander leaves, do not stir too much, it should be lightly shaken.

In this way, the curry will be cooked for a while on medium heat. After the storm has dried up, the dryer sheets should be completely dried.
