You had a very busy day indeed. My dear i was supposed to go to my LGA for the same capturing. So that i won't waste transport, i called my brother that is in the village to go to the Secretariat and check if they exercise has started. The report i git from him was that no official was there. People just came and wasted their time. The vegetables soup looks yummy. My best soup so far. Best wishes
So it seems I was the only one that wasted my transport for nothing, anyway, God dey.
