Cooking Week5: My Cooking Skills

My recipe name is biryani which is very popular food. Today Biryani is such a favorite dish among people that it is impossible to live without it. Biryani occupies the first place in the food list of foodies. Biryani can be cooked very easily and in less time. Biryani is a delicious dish nowadays Biryani is served in almost all occasions. Eating junk food outside has many risks for our health. So we can prepare our favorite foods at home with less spices.
I used fragrant rice and beef to cook biryani. You can finish the cooking phase with less hassle. I almost cook biryani at home. I cook with my own hands so I try to use less oil. Beef has a lot of fat, too much fat is bad for health.
1- Aromatic rice 1 kg
2- Beef gosto 1 kg
3- Ginger paste 2 tbsp
4- Garlic paste 2 tbsp
5- Oil one cup
6- Tomato sauce
7- Almond paste half cup
8- Chilli 6/7 T
9 - Garam Masalagunda 1 teaspoon
10 - Powdered milk 2 tablespoons
11 - Salt to taste
12 - Raisins 20
13 - Potato bokhara 1 piece
14 - Cumin 1 teaspoon
15 - Onion 5 pieces.
Step-1
First I washed the fragrant rice in clean water and milled the rice. Cut the beef into biryani size. Washed with clean water and kept in a sieve. Now pour oil in a clean vessel and fry chopped onions. When the onions are brown in color, add ginger and garlic paste and grind them well. I added masala powder. Mix the flavors and cook for 30 minutes.
Step-2
Now after grinding well, I mixed water. Cover with a lid and let it simmer for 40 minutes. The water will dry the gosto very soft and fluffy. Now add tomato sauce, cumin and almond batter. With a teaspoon of powdered milk.
Step-3
Now when the gosto is done cooking I mix the fragrant rice with milk in a clean bowl. Now I added spices and added raisins and potatoes. I spread a teaspoon of biryani masala. And mixed the minced meat, then 2 liters of water was not mixed. Now put it in the oven and increase the temperature of the oven for about 20 minutes.
Step-4 Now remove the lid and after the lilam and water dries up, turn it upside down a few times. After that turn off the temperature of the oven and let it simmer.
Last step I remove the pot from the oven and serve hot. Serve on a glass plate.
