Do you think it's right to trap man with pregnancy?
You cannot marry another woman into this house when I'm still the mother of your three children shouted Nneka to Emeka in a heated argument between them.
Nneka is a salesgirl to Emeka business centre. Seeing that her boss is rich, Nneka decided to trap Emeka into marriage with a pregnancy so that she can become the madam of the house and also the business centre which is yielding good profit.
Nneka used to visit Emeka residence and perform all the housechores for him. One day Nneka visited and could not return to her place that same day because of heavy rainfal so she slept in Emeka residence and lured him to bed with her.
She got pregnant and gave birth to their first child. The affair continued till she gave birth to their third child while Emeka is taking care of their child and her financially.
Problem erupted when Emeka informed her that she should move to the boy's quarter of the house with her children because his intended new wife will be living with him soon in the main house.
All the years Emeka and Nneka has been together Emeka has no interest in getting married to her because he is still seeing her as just a salesgirl. Nneka at the other hand has not cared to improve her self worth.
I don't think it's right to trap a man with pregnancy. You have a value as a woman, pride it and let the highest bidder win, who will value your self worth and will not maltreat you.
No, it is not compulsory to marry who you're pregnant for or who is pregnant for you because on the long run you might hate them. Marriange should be a union between two people who loved themselves and willing to spend the rest of their lives together. So why marry someone you don't love and never imagined spending your life with them? There are other ways to provide for the child and still be active in the child life without getting married.
I don't think there are any successful marriages that started with pregnancy disagreement even if there is then it will be successful through the intervention of the Holyspirit.

One thing some of our ladies don't know is that if a man does not love you to the point of marriage, no matter what you do, he still sees nothing in you than whom you have always been.

Greeting @juli30, I love how you have clearly emphasised on this point through your story, Nneka went the wrong way by seducing emeka to impregnate her. it is wrong for women to trap men because you will first lose your dignity and secondly you might be at risk of not getting married to the man.
