No, first of all, let me tell you why I want to take part in this contest . So I participate in this. It is that I like to eat a lot and I eat a lot of food eagerly and whenever someone The kind that has to be shared richly
What is the name of your cooking recipe? How is its popularity?
So first of all let me tell you what is the name of my main dish, it is beaf which I will share with you guys and it is really eaten a lot in our place and everyone. They were very fond of eating meat and our family also eats it very fondly. And it is also said among us that whenever a person falls ill and becomes weak he can eat its meat in order to become a healthy, and this meat is inside a person and creates strength
First of all I will tell you the ingredients:
- BEAF
- TOMATO
- CHILLI
- CORIANDER
- SPICES
- GINGER
- GARLIC
- ONION
If there is, first of all, I will do it. You have to wash the meat well and after washing, when you have any of it, it has been washed well, so you should immediately grind it into small pieces. because if they have large pieces, they cannot be fried quickly, but if they are cut into small pieces, they will be semi-cooked quickly and therefore we will cut them into little pieces.
And after that, we will put water in the pot and put the meat in it, we will cut it up and put it on the stove, and then we will gradually add the rest of the spices to it, like we do. Tomatoes will also be put in it and we will grind all these things and put them in it and it will cook itself for a long time
After that, when we see that its water is reduced, we will add ghee and roast it well, and we will see that it is cooked well and you will smell it. You will be able to guess, but its aroma will increase your book and thus you will see that when the water is gone or less, you have to drain the water well and then Add ghee and roast it well
Now you have to add spices to make it more yummu. And then when you roast it well, then, you will see that it is well cooked, and who will check if it is well cooked then you take it off the stove. But if you feel that it's still hard and you don't know it yet, you'll keep roasting it well for a while until it's completely set, because if we give it to you. It will be easy to eat and easy to chew, but if it remains hard, you will find it very difficult to eat
