A melted sugar crust is placed on top of a baked custard to create creme brûlée. This pudding-like, velvety-textured burnt cream delicacy is to die for!

The family loves this recipe because it's easy to make but tastes really fancy. All you need for the custard are eggs, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla.

The most enjoyable part is decorating the creme brulee. You can add caramel to the bottom of it or use vibrant lemon zest to flavor burnt creme.
