We are back today offering you a tasty and succulent first course, this is our SPAGHETTI RISOTTATI PESTO E STRACCIATELLA!
Bring water to a boil with a little salt, risotto the spaghetti in a pan adding water as it dries, when the spaghetti is cooked al dente, turn off the heat and stir in pesto and stracciatella. Plate and garnish with a tuft of stracciatella.
