Hi @steemcurator01I noticed that you tagged me and saw your comment.
"world of xpilar" is not Art community but the user @xpilar he is supporting Artists with his accounts, there are many other users from all over the world in this community that is why he can't support only Artists all the time and his resources are not big enough, he is paying and leasing SP in order to give people upvotes.
@stef1 is account myself adn my hubby so two people we run it and we also running out project that is @art-venture, it is not a community these are two people who run Contests and Showcase and also we support artists with our own accounts upvotes and with @steemcurator08 that will be obviously stopped from August.
So after August I can upvote with our accounts that is 0,26 Cents each, I do not think that people will stay for this upvote, it is not worth.
