NIGHTMARE

This pictures I've been seeing.
Making spindles in my head.
Like a hamster I've been spinning.
On a wheel that has no end.
Could this be it? To these demons I'll be fed?.
I try to run, but still can't get off my bed.

Am i stuck?. No, it's just all in my head.
But those relieving thoughts clear as i see those large eyes glow red.
I guess it's truly the end.
Never thought it'd end this way, but oh well.
I have nothing more to ask other than the sympathy of one quick death...

Then i woke... still frozen and bathed in my own sweat, took a deep sigh of relief.

But then..., I heard those same growls again, this time behind me. It was never a dream.
