My Steem Diary for 23 June 2020: "Today's Lunch!"
My diary log for today will be a quick blog about my lunch meal. Spicy food may not always be on top of my list but when I do it's always a curry dish. I really like the balance of savory flavor and the spice that goes into it.
It's a homemade chicken curry with tofu. The preparation of the meal is a combined effort between me and my girlfriend. As usual, I'm the one preparing for the ingredients while she's the one in charge of the actual cooking.
The basic ingredients are chicken, potato, carrots, and tofu.
