Blurt dropped even further at 256 Sats | Steem at constant rise

This is something that makes me want to jump in, Blurt is at a super discounted price 256 Sats.

I feel that there is a good chance that it will bounce back to its 24hr high of 634 Sats. That will be a good margin for profit.

Now that steem is constantly rising, will it be an opportunity to swap coins? I've swapped Hive & Steem before and it was very until the price are almost close at each other.
