A metal sculpture about nature

In the past few days, I’ve been thinking of ways on how to make a marker design that will have an impact on the viewer. The idea is to bring awareness to the viewers through artwork.

In this metal sculpture, I wanted to represent a lifeless century-old trunk that was cut down for industrial use. What’s left is the base of the tree that was left there to decay. It’s a really worrying reality that shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
