Avocado stuffed with hake ceviche with mango
You will love this delicious ceviche because the mango combination is unique and with the endurance the perfect combination for lunch or dinner, here I was missing the glass of white wine.
Ingredients :
🐟800 grams of white fish (use hake)
🐟1 cup of lemon juice, lime
🐟1 / 2 cup orange juice
🐟 3 red onions
🐟1 / 2 diced sweet chili pepper
🐟1 / 4 cup chopped cilantro with leaves, stems and root
🐟 1 cup of chopped mango, it should not be very ripe
🐟2 or 3 hot peppers
🐟salt and pepper to taste
🐟Ripe avocado
Preparation :
1️⃣ Chop the fish into cubes and put it together with half the lemon and orange juice, salt and pepper, let it marinate for about 1 hour in the fridge.
2️⃣ Chop onions, chili peppers and cilantro in brunoise, reserve
3️⃣Cut the mango into cubes smaller than the fish
4️⃣After the maceration time, unite the vegetables and the mango, add the remaining lemon and orange juice, rectify salt and pepper.
5️⃣ Peel your avocados before opening them, as this will be easier, remove the seeds and if they are like what you use, very thin upwards with a teaspoon, open a little more the center where they are going to be filled.
6️⃣Fill your avocados with the ceviche and put cookies, cassava, sweet potato or whatever you like the most.
