Welcome to @uzmas2355 Kitchen.Hope you are doing well.😊 I am here to share with you some fresh, flavorful, (mostly) healthy recipes that I love to make and eat in my real, actual, every day life.My goal is to inspire you with food that is both approachable AND exciting, whether you’re cooking for yourself, your family, your roommates, or your friends. I am going to start a new food blog and of course I am absolutely new to this whole game of blogging.😎
I ‘m a huge foodie 😋and some people want to know about my meal prep stories on Instagram so I considering starting a food blog.
Since I got a tag of Kitchen Expert from my teacher so I decided to share different delicious recipies with you and share my feeling about how much I enjoy my cooking.😍
Let’s begin it.

Firstly, I set all the ingredients which are going to be used in my today’s recipie. These are:

  1. Chicken 1 kg
  2. Rice 1 kg
  3. Onion 3
  4. Tomatoes 3
  5. Yoghurt half gram
  6. Ginger and Garlic paste 2 table spoon
  7. Oil ¾ spoon
  8. Shan Biryani Masala 1 packet(You may use others masala packet which would you like but I used National’s recipie mix)
  9. Salt as per taste
    Steps of making Biryani:
  10. First marinate the chicken by adding yoghurt,ginger garlic paste,biryani masala and marinate nicely.
  11. Keep it in a cool place for maximum 2 hours.
  12. Place oil in a dish and add onions in it when it turns brown,take out some fried onions for decoration from the dish.
  13. Put the chopped tomatoes in that oil and cook them in a low flame for 5 mints.
  14. Then put marinated chicken in the tomatoes and cooked until the chicken cooked well and get separated from the oil. You can also add water upto four cups to cooked the chicken properly. But it is more better to cook in yoghurt water for delicious taste.
  15. On a low flame cooked the chicken until it turns into gravy,then take aside it .
  16. On the other side, put the rice on a separate dish, add 12 glasses of waters and some cinnamon,turmeric and clove in it.
  17. Boiled the rice until its turns soft.
  18. Now in the separate dish make the layers ,first layer is of mixture, second is of boiled rice and then spread some mint leaves, food color and Biryani Masala for taste. Now Biryani is ready to eat .
  19. At last serve it in a separate dish with Raitaa, salad and cold drink and enjoy it.😋
