First of all we have to know that:

What is decision Making?

"It is the process of examining possibilities, options, comparing them and choosing a course of action. Well you are doing any kind of work, you will be bombarded different choices and at one time you have to choose one or the other. Hence decision making is the entire process of comparing or different alternatives."

Some decisions are easy to make:
So friends, in our life certain decisions are very easy
For example:

• What to eat in breakfast:
• What to wear or what to wear for a college party

Some decisions are not so easy:
For example:

• What career to choose;
• What subjects to take
• Partner to Marry
• Changing a job

In every situation , you have to choose:
You have t consider certain factors;
1.Who
2.what
3.where
4.when
5.why
6.how

Well, in every situation in terms of taking a decision you have to categories in terms of who are the people? What they will do?

When you have to take a decision? How to take a decision?. When you have analyzed and answered all the questions of yourself , that is when a decision making process becomes simplified.

Well, my friends its very easy to fall into personal traps when you are making a decision. And my suggestion to you is to don’t fall into these personal traps.

Try too hard to take it safe:
In today’s life we don’t want to take many risks in our life. In the same way if in case of decision making process, you try to play safe and don’t take any risk. It can leads to a personal tracks.

Letting fears and biases tilt your thinking:
Again same thing that we have to judgement one thing over the other which can trap during decision making.

Getting lost in smaller aspects which cause of trouble:
When you are trying to make decision on articular things, you can get your self so involved into small and samll matters. That really shift your focus from decision making to problem solving.

Common Mistakes in Decision Making:
