The best kinds of service is Promise less and deliver more. Its really excites and wows a customer if you tell them to give them less, but you do more for them. So, expectations exceeds their Particular kind of interaction with them.

And they want us lot of sensibility around them. So, be sensitive to the needs, requirements and little things. Make sure that your decision making power will be powerful. No body like to listening to a dull noise. As a person or as an organizer. Very important to be flexible with your customers. So, don’t have any rules and regulations. When you have sold out your product to their customer, that is the end of the story always follow up with the phone call
