Today i am taking about "Introduction of Word and discuss about its interface"

Microsoft company can make this software .they make MS word is a part of MS office .MS word is like a word processer because they perform many task like save docoment , printing , formating . i think 1 billion people are use this software because reason is now a days people going to digital world .
Before MS Word people are save all docoments ni hard form . there is no concept to save docoment in digital form . now people are used this software to store personal data

you can create a file in MS Word and type data and convert into pdf form and save your computer computer can store file in permanently . there is no issue to stolen your docoments .

Microsoft company can make many version like MS office 2016 , MS office 2017 etc this version is latest .now a days MS office are used in school , factories , universties ,shops etc
you can easily use.

so let start

• Now i am open the MS word and taking about its interface and its part now we can go the task bar and only write ms word and click the icon.

• After clicking a page is open they ask you . you use new page or other docoment . you can open your any file in ms word in left side show slide bar you chose any file thats you need you click blank page.

• After clicking the interface of MS WORD is show there are some bars show in interface i discuss one by one

• Title bar
• Mane bar
• Standard toolbar
• Formating tool bar
• Status bar

The top of the bar of ms word interface is called title bar they show your docoment name and print option and back option and some other options like

• minimize
• maximize
• resize closed

Menu bar display below the title bar the menu like show

• Edit
• Design
• File
• Layout
• Reference
• Home
• Mailing
• Review
• Share

In new version the formatting and standard toolbar are arrange together you see this picture you can set you page that you like and
change writing style
bold
italic
writing style
colour
cut , copy ,paste
border etc.

The status bar are show in botom of the interface of ms word they show there status that you type and write the documents you can change size less or more
