Hi steemian another weekend is here again, wishing each and everyone of us a beautiful weekend.

A BRIEF DISCUSSION ABOUT STEEMIT
Before going into the main teaching I talked to them about steemit and how it is useful to so many including me. They were interested to learn it but some doesn’t have a smart phone, I had to arrange with those with a phone to educate them more about steemit when they’re free.

OFFICE EQUIPMENT
Office equipment are those tools used in the office to carryon our daily activities, there are those equipment found in the office.

SOME OF THE TOOLS FOUND IN THE OFFICE INCLUDE:
Some of them include:
1:Typewriter
2:Photocopy machine
3:Computer
4:Stapler
5:Envelope
7:Calculator

A QUICK EXPLANATION OF THEM

Typewriter: a typewriter is a machine with alphabet, punctuation, signs and numbers used for typing out letters.

Computers : they can perform all authentic or mathematical operations.

Envelope: for the safety of documents to avoid misplacement.

Staplers: it is used for fixing wire
into the papers of a document to hold them together.

Calculator: it is use for addition, multiplication,subtraction and division of numbers.

Photocopying machine: it is a machine used in producing the exact copy of the original document.
There are many more to mention but I will stop in this few ones.

CARE OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT
1:Clean the machine regularly
2:Prevent unauthorized use of machine
3:Cover all machine when not in use
4:Put off all machines when not in use

After the class I asked them questions and the asked me questions cause it was interactive class and I concluded by giving them assignments .

CONCLUSION
Teaching is fun cause the more you impact on others the more you get knowledge from what you learnt in the previous reading. Also teaching is stressful cause you need to engage yourself in writing lesson note and also writing on the board even shouting to make sure it sink in their brain.
