Assalamualaikum all members i hope you all are well and fine today i am telling some basic and important tips when heart attack comes

When we use regularly fatty foods in the reason of this fats blocked arteries and veins of heart these thing cause heart attack because fats stay in arteries and the pressure of blood is fast and result these blockage cause chest pain and become heart attack

Important sign of heart attack
- Fast heartbeat or low
- Chest pain and left shoulder pain
- Cold sweat
- Shortness of breathing
1 1st person sit down and take rest and cool
down it from hipper tension
2 Loose his dress.
3 take the tablet of disprin or angised and put down his tounge of person this tablet make his blood thin and reduce pain
4 chek his breathing
5 pump him on chest if his Heartbeat is slow

Then call for help and ambulance...
