Today i will share the recipe of split chickpeas, its full of protein, and taste good.

Split chickpeas | 1 cup | |
Onion | 1 | |
Tomato | 1 | |
Garlic | 8 to 10 cloves | |
Chillies | 1/2 tablespoon | |
Turmeic | 3/4 tablespoon | |
Salt | as required | |
Cumin | 1/2 teaspoon | |
Chicken cube | 1 | |
Green chillies | 2 to 3 | |
Parsely | few leaves | |
Oil | 2 tablespoon |
How to cook
- Take a bowl soaked the split chickpeas so that I can soften enough for boiling.
- Take a pan added chopped onion and oil in it. Waited till it turned golden.
- Added chopped garlic in it, chopped tomatoes. Fry it for one to 2 minutes.
- Now added all spices in it and fry it for 2 minutes.
- Its time to add water, I added two cup of water, when it boiled put split chickpeas in it.
- Lower the flame and cooked it until it completely soft.
- Garnish with green chillies and parsely.
Its tasty and easy to cook. If you are cooking in pressure cooker after whistle it will take 15 minutes.
Tip
- Add required water once, because when you added cold water later it will harden the split chickpeas.
