I hope you all are well and enjoying your life. As everyone knows about the current situation of COVID-19. So today we are going to talk about the preventive measures of COVID-19.

Fixing your diet or taking these three essential nutrients :

Zinc
Vitamin D
Vitamin C

When I am talking about fixing the diet. I am talking about cutting out the carbs and sugar going on keto and doing intermittent fasting.

Side note

(I want to mention that there are no studies out there right now that show that these nutrients or this diet will cure COVID-19 this is based on a my research opinion that is being said.

Risk factors for high mortality from COVID-19

High Blood Pressure

High blood pressure being obese having diabetes cardiovascular disease are all metabolic problems.
Metabolic problems weaken your immune system a weakened immune system is a symptom of these conditions and is a symptom of insulin resistance.
If you are not on this diet instead you are doing higher months of carbohydrates yet you have these conditions and you take zinc, vitamin D, and vitamin C will these help you with these conditions.

They might but for the most part, these nutrients would not make a dent in these conditions if the insulin is still too high.
When we do Studies on zinc, vitamin D, and vitamin C with COVID-19 and they don't change the diet. The results may not look that great so right there they're going to invalidate. The true benefits of these three nutrients unfortunately if we are on a low-carb keto diet with intermittent fasting it's going to help these conditions.

Improve Diet

If I had a choice between fixing my diet or nutrients go with fixing your diet. Improve your diet to strengthen your immune system and if your immune system is strong then there is less chance of COVID-19.
