Step 1
First of all, after washing the pot in which you are going to boil the milk thoroughly, take some water in it.
This water is because,
Do not stick the milk down during boiling.
Step 2
Then a liter or less or as much as you want.
Put the milk in a pot and put it on the stove.
Step 3
Let the milk boil for a long time on a low flame.
One of the benefits of boiling longer is that the bacteria in the milk will also die.
Now the question that may come to your mind is that if you boil it too long, the milk will come out.
So let me tell you the solution.
Step 4
If you boil milk for a long time,
The milk will come out.
But we can stop it.
For this you will need desi ghee.
If desi ghee is not available then you can use good quality cooking oil
In this way you can apply a thin layer of ghee or good quality cooking oil on the edges of the pan.
This milk will not come out.
Step 5
Now our milk has started to boil.
That is, its fat particles have begun to rise.
Step 6
Now I have increased the flame a little.
That's what we put on the edges of the ghee pot.
Whether it has proved to be useful or not.
Step 7
So guys,
You can see that.
The milk foam is rising but the milk is not coming out.
That means,
That ghee was helpful for us.
** Step 8**
When you find that the milk has boiled well.
So you turn off the fire.
And leave the milk to cool.
When it cools,
Refrigerate this pan for 24 hours.
Keep this pan uncovered in the refrigerator.
If you keep it covered, the cream will not become thick.
Step 9
It's been 24 hours since our milk, so I've taken it out.
Look, it has become so thick that I am using a knife to separate it.
Step 10
Now I use a spoon to take it out.
So it has become thick and good.
Step 11
So now it's ready.
I hold it in my hand because,
You can see it clearly.
That it has really become so good.
You would never have thought that you could make such a good cream at home.
Use it now.
You can use it to make ghee, to make cakes, to make pastries, to make cream and wherever you want.

The trick of ghee applying is really helping for me cause every time whenever i boiled milk i waz vary sure about I've to clean the stove 😄 After boiling I'm sure the milk Will come out regardless of the flam is very Low , and cleaning the stove is really really Time taking and full of effort activity.
