SIZ Tutorial | How to make online multiple choice quiz by using Google Form? | 10% reward to @siz-official
Hello Steemians!
I want to tell you how we can use google forms to create an online quiz? We can use Google forms to create quizzes as well as surveys also.
There are two things that I love about Google forms:
1. First, off it is entirely free to use all you need is a free Google account and you can start creating forms
2. Second, it is a super intuitive product it is pretty easy to use.
Login to Google Form
We are going to go through how to set up a quiz using Google Forms. There is a lot of different ways to start.
1. I am just starting by searching google form in google.com
2. Then click on Google Forms-create link.
3. Then click on GO to Google Forms button. Then log in to your Gmail account.
Create online Quiz:
- After login to a google form. Then select the template "Blank Quiz" from the template gallery.
2. We are going to go with a blank form. Starting with a blank form brings us to this screen that's ready for us to start designing our quiz. We are going to call this General Knowledge. When we rename the file, we see it's also going to rename the title of the quiz. But, I don't want it to be that file name. That file name was just for my quick reference here. I am going to call this History Quiz.
3. Now, let's come in the upper right-hand corner and look at some of these customization options. The first one, which is optional. If we want to style it, we can choose a header image. we can choose theme color, background color, and also font style.

4. Next, we are going to go through some general settings. We can check the collect emails option, Then check the response receipts. If we turn this option on, it is going to collect the email addresses of your students and we can also send them a copy of their responses via email. Then we can check the option "Limit to 1 response". This check box will limit our students from taking the quiz only one time. I think, in most circumstances, we want that checked. If we want to enable your students to edit their responses after they submit and also see summary charts and text responses, check both these options. Then save these settings

5. Now, we are going to go through presentation settings. These are pretty self-explanatory: a progress bar and shuffling the order of the questions. We can also tell them, "Hey, your quiz responses have been recorded."

6. At quizzes setting If we click the "make this a quiz" slider, it is going to introduce the functionality that Google Forms has that changes it just from a regular form to a quiz. That is going to allow you to assign different point values to questions and it's going to turn on some auto-grading options. In release grade, we can check the "Immediately after each submission" options. We also check missed questions, correct answers, and point values options, Respondent can see missed questions, correct answers, and point values options after the questionnaire are submitted.

7. Now it's time to jump in and start designing your questions. Add your first question here with the plus sign. We're just going to start with the questions. We're going to say, "Who was the first governor-general of Pakistan?" A couple of things have already happened here. One Google is suggesting this is to be a multiple choice. That could change based on what question you put in. And, it's also suggesting a correct answer. Assuming we want this one to be multiple choice from these different options. We're going to left-click on the suggested answer. We're going to assume that that's right. If you see the green checkmark to the right of it, it's Google as saying this is the one that. The one we have set right now is the right answer. If the student answers that, they're going to get points for it. It's also suggesting wrong answers. Let's add this one and then we're going to add another one. The one that we added is called "other." This will enable your students to type in another answer because they don't think either of these answers is right. This question is ready. This process was repeated many times to make the desired no of questions.
