Peace be upon you all dear Steemians! , how are you? I wish that you are very fine. By the grace of Allah Almighty, I am very hale and hearty with your kind prayers. I Welcome to you excitedly in my post. Today I am here to taking part of this healthy contest having title.

The Benefits of Exercise

A healthy lifestyle relies heavily on exercise, but it is for more than just keeping in shape or building a good figure. Physical activity has been shown time and time help to increase the ability of mind and body in a wide variety of ways. No doubt regular exercise is one of the most powerful instruments for promoting overall quality of life, from improving cardiovascular health to boosting mental well being.

Some benefits of Exercise are following:

A Healthy Heart and Blood Circulation:
The heart and circulatory system benefit greatly from consistent physical activity. When we work out, our heart rate rises and our blood vessels dilate, resulting in improved circulation. Long term, this can result in a heart that is better able to pump blood, lowering the probability of cardiovascular problems including heart attacks and strokes. Exercising regularly also aids in keeping blood pressure within a healthy range, which is beneficial to our cardiovascular health.

Metabolism Boost and Weight Management:
Exercise can be a game changer for people who are having trouble maintaining a healthy weight. Combining regular exercise with a nutritious diet can result in significant weight loss and the keep a healthy body large scale index. Exercising also helps keep our metabolism in check. Muscle gain through resistance exercise, for example, increases BMR and thus calorie expenditure at rest.

Increased Bone Density:
Fractures and osteoporosis are more likely to occur as people get older. Fortunately, regular exercise helps immensely when it comes to preserving bone density. This can help maintain our bones strong and healthy, reducing the risk of bone loss and fractures.

Hacer ejercicios y comer saludable nos alejara de enfermedades y prolonga la longevidad ojalá desde muy pequeño nos enseñaran la importancia de mantenerse en forma hay que cambiar nuestros pensamientos y ver realmente lo que es bueno en esta vida .

Exercise is very important for our health.When we do excercise ,we stay away from many diseases.Exercising makes us happy, reduces our stress and also controls the weight of our body.That's why we must do exercise on daily basis.I wish you success bro.
