Health as we all know is a must priority. Everyone's health is as important as air is to life. Do you love your life? If yes, then you must live healthy so you can enjoy the life to the fullest.
It is true that our life is in the creator's hand but it is also in our own hands because our health has been placed in our hands and wealth or riches without health is useless that is why health is wealth!
Our health is what keeps us running our daily activities. If you are not healthy, you can't do anything for yourself. I would share with us some tips on how to live healthy.
•Cleanliness of our environment
Do you neglect your environment? Do you have water log around you that breeds mosquitoes? Do you leave the grasses uncut? Our environment is the first place to take care of because we can contract so many diseases through the environment.
Imagine not sweeping your environment for 3 months and you have a lot of dirt littered everywhere, it would develop into something worse and course you breathing unhealthy air into your body system. The gutters should be washed, grasses cut low for us to stay safe and healthy.
Eating good and palatable meals
Before we prepare any meal, we should always wash our hands first. There are a lot of germs our hands carry at every given interval, it shouldn't be neglected because the palms are clean but we cannot see the tiny germs.
Most of us eat half done meals and unbalanced meal. Over here in my country, some persons would say let them eat anything and get filled. But the question is not getting filled, it is "what is that anything you are eating, how healthy is it?
•Eat one fruit a day
An apple a day, keeps you away from the doctor. This means that we can only help protect our health by taking just one fruit a day. Fruits are essential source of vitamins and minerals and you know these are among the classes of food we need. Fruits and vegetables reduces a person's risk of developing cancer, heart disease.
•Drinking water at interval
Water is life, we need to maintain the habit of drinking water every minute, it helps flushes our immune system. Water keeps us away from dehydration, it also helps keep normal temperature and also get rid of waste product through urination.
Regular exercise
Regular physical exercise is one thing you can do for your health. Regular exercise can help strengthen bones and muscles, help manage weight, reduces disease risk, it also improve ones ability to do everyday activities, it reduces stress and improve life span.
There are still so much more as regards what we can do to live healthy. I do all the above and more. I drink early morning water before I brush my mouth every morning, this has been my pattern since a long time.
I don't joke with my health at all, I eat good meals and also stay clean at all time. I appreciate the host of this contest for this topic. I will be glad to read your entry too.
