I hope you are all fine and doing well with the grace of Allah Almaighty who is the most beneficial and merciful to us.I am also completely fine. A beautiful contest is organized in a community Steem Talent and the theme of this contest is " the benefits of Exercise".I am going to participate in the contest.

Exercising has many benefits for our health, both mentally and physically. I will explain about some of the important benefits.


Weight lose

The biggest benefit of exercise to our body is that our weight is maintained and excess fat does not accumulate in our body. Because when we use high-fat things, which contain less nutrients,while fat is found in high amounts, due to which the weight of a human body increases a lot, which is also harmful for us. If we take special care of our exercise on daily base, the effect of high-fat, etc., on our health will be less, and we will take care of our weight balance on a daily basis. Exercise is an effective way to lose weight.

Free from depression and anxiety

Through exercise, we can free ourselves from worries because, when we exercise daily, our mind gets calm and relaxed, which means we do not suffer from depression and anxiety. Apart from this, exercise also improves our mental fitness. By making exercise a habit, we stay mentally fit because exercise releases certain enzymes from the brain that provide peace and relaxation.

Exercise plays an important role in keeping us healthy and free from diseases. When we spend some time in exercise every day, we lead a healthy life. Due to daily exercise, we are protected from diseases like diabetes, indigestion, and cancer because when we exercise daily, our digestive system is perfect, which is very important for good health. Daily exercise also strengthens our bones and muscles because all our organs are in motion.

Improve Sleep

Exercise has a great effect on our sleep because when we do good exercise every day, our muscles are also moving, and due to which, our body is also perfectly fit.Because When all the organs of our body are perfect, then we also get good sleep because good sleep is necessary to have good health, and I think we can get good health only by doing exercise. So this is why exercise is beneficial for our sleep.
