Hi steemians,

I am going to partake in this amazing contest hosted in this community and I hope we are going to share meaningful thought on the above contest.

Health is wealth, individuals who take care of their health seriously, avoid all harmful substance are usually live longer than peoples who don't take care of their health.

Health is the complete absence of illness in our body system. We must always clean our home, surroundings and throw the dirty water outside in order to avoid mosquitoes bite that will eventually cause malaria.

These are the following things to choose when you want to live healthy life.

• Drink a lot of water

• Get plenty sleep

• Avoid unhealthy food

• Exercise regularly

• Maintain good dental hygiene

Drink A Lot Of Water

We must have this in our mind to always drink water in the morning before we take any food so that it will flush away all the harm substance through urine. Drinking at least four cup of water daily will help our kidney to function properly.

Get Plenty Sleep

Enough sleep help our brain to relax and calm, lack of sleep usually have negative effect to our well being and if care is not taken it may result to something we don't like. Enough sleep also boost our immune system and we must sleep at least 7 to 8 hours daily.

Avoid unhealthy food

An individual who want to stay for a long period of time must eat food that contain balance diet such as carbohydrate, vitamin, protein etc. All these can help an individuals to maintain healthy living.

Additionally, we must also eat fruits before we go to bed such as water melon, pineapple, paw paw, mangoes in order to boost our immune system.

Exercise regularly

This must happen on weekend day when you are not going to any where or work place. Exercise help our body to be fit, reduce weight loss and finally reduce our risk of getting sickness. Workout to a place which is not far from your home so that you can quickly return back home as soon as possible.

Maintain good dental hygiene

We must brush out teeth before we eat any food, Individual need to brush three time in a day so that those harmful bacteria will not cause teeth decay.

Conclusion

Peoples must maintain healthy lifestyle in order to live longer, we must make everything possible to maintain hygiene by cleaning our home and surroundings. I will like to invite @bonaventure, @josepha and @christneye to join me in this contest.
