Fur-friends contest: 3 Life lessons we can learn from pets|| Neatness, Cautiousness and Joyfulness || @ngoenyi
INTRODUCTION
LESSON NO. 1: Neatness
Bunnies are very neat animals. I can attest to this fact. I was told by the man that sold them to me that they are neat animals, I have confirmed it. They demonstrate their neatness by not messing the whole place up. Formerly, I feared that when I let them play around outside their cage, the whole place will not be habitable again and my fellow tenants might complain. But I tried letting them out one day, I discovered that if they are pressed, like if they want to pass out their waste, they will enter their cage on their own and do it their since they know that it will drop down. I was very happy when I checked, everywhere was still neat and clean. Wow! How did they get this wisdom from? I then remembered that the Creator of man and animal designed everything animal in a distinctive way. Bunnies are very neat animals and I have learned from them.
You can see them back to their cage for food and waste disposal
They will climb up to their cage and dispose their waste since they know that it will fall out to the tray I placed under their cage
Application of the lessons learned
I as a human should always go to a designated area for waste disposal, most of our environments are messed up by individuals who don't care about keeping or properly disposing their wastes. Like the bunnies, I need to not litter the whole place with dirts
Lesson No. 2: Cautiousness
This bunnies are very sensitive animals. Once they dictate strange noise, they will take to their hills and hide somewhere they feel is saver for them until they are able to understand what the sound is for and where it is coming from. If they are afraid when you touch them, or hold them, since they cannot escape your grip, they will start shivering instead of feeling less concerned. That way, they are able to remain safe even when I leave them outside the cage an go out, I am sure that they will always remain save unless someone breaks the protector where they are.
You can see them hiding from an unfamiliar sound that they heard.
Application of the lessons learned
As an individual living in an uncertain world and environment, I need to always remain cautious to know when to take action for safety. It is true that the Almighty is always there to keep watch over us, he has also give us a conscience that serves as alarm clock to help us dictate when danger is looming. He has also instructed us in the Holy scriptures that we should be shrewd. Yes, that portion of the scripture did mention that shrewd is the one that has seen calamity and conceal himself, but that inexperienced have kept on going and suffers the consequences. I need not be over confidence but like the bunnies, I should be cautious.
Lesson No. 3: Joy
These bunnies are always joyful when on their own or they see people they are comfortable with. They jump around and play about all over. Ones you give them their food, they eat and start running up and down. They don't expect someone else to give them their joy but they try to be joyful and peaceful.
You can see them moving about in joy and happiness.
Application of the lessons learned
I should try my best to maintain my joy irrespective of the situation that I may face in life. Joy is a gem that can elongate our lives. There is always a way to remain joyful even in a joyless world. To be content with the present situation you find yourself and do the best you can to improve your lot in life can bring us joy of heart. To always be at peace with people around us and with our God can bring us inner joy no matter how bad the world around you seem to be.
CONCLUSION
There are are a lot of valuable lessons that we humans can learn from these pets if we are sensitive to them. Always look out for opportunities to learn and you will see countless of them. Do not fail to apply them when you have dictated the lessons. The great designer who made all of us in wisdom receives the credit for his wonderful works of creation. Thank you all for reading through these lessons. I believe you also agree with the above?
